Hanover Square London
Commercial building survey and development appraisal.
This substantial building originally constructed in the 1930’s was to undergo a complete refurbishment inside and out. We considered adding an additional floor on the roof to relocate mechanical plant which occupied prime space lower in the building.
New staircases were added internally within key floors to allow sub division of the building for letting to various tenants. Large openings had to be cut within concrete floors, all during occupation of the building. Column strengthening was required.
